KANSAS CITY, Mo. — One man shot another man four times Wednesday morning at Mulberry Street and Woodswether Road. According to the victim, he was walking east on the street when he was approached by the man with the gun. The two began fighting and the suspect pulled a gun and shot the man four times.
Witnesses reported seeing a car leave the scene after the shooting, but weren’t sure if that was the suspect’s car.
The victim was in serious condition.
