KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police in Kansas City, Mo. are investigating a shooting that left one man dead early Monday morning. The victim has been identified as 21-year-old Walter M. Pollard of KCMO.
The shooting happened at the intersection of 23rd and Hardesty just before 1 a.m.
Witnesses reported hearing the sound of gunshots and finding Pollard on the porch of a nearby home.
