INDEPENDENCE, Mo. — A 31-year-old man charged with statutory sodomy and other sex crimes appeared in Jackson County Court Wednesday morning.

One of the man’s victims is speaking out about the abuse she suffered.

Prosecutors say Morgan Littleton had sex with a 12-year-old girl and assaulted her mother as well as another woman.

According to court documents, Littleton was involved in an alternative lifestyle domestic relationship with some women, where the victims were in subservient roles to Littleton and he demanded that they call him “Master.”

One of the victims told FOX 4 News it was important for her to appear in court with Littleton to show him that she can face him down.

“Morgan crossed the line,” said Christina Hoch. “And even though I was at that time subservient to him.  There is a thing called consent. And I did not give consent for some of the things he did to me, including slapping me across the face and throwing a cigarette at me.”

Hoch concedes that she enjoys being in a subservient relationship, but says it’s only for adults and not something to involve minors.  While she says some may consider the relationship odd, she likened it to living in a big family.

Meanwhile in court, prosecutors presented motions concerning Littleton’s case. It may end up before a grand jury.

He’s scheduled to appear again in court at 1:30 p.m. on June 10.
