CHILLICOTHE, Mo. — Prosecutors charged a Chillicothe, Mo., police officer with rape, sodomy and two counts of supplying intoxicants to a minor, identified as a 19-year-old woman.
Authorities said the charges stem from an incident that took place the night of Monday, March 3 in the 300 block of Cherry Street in Chillicothe, Mo.
Brent Allen Schade, 40, has been charged with the crimes and remains in police custody. Authorities also arrested Schade’s ex-girlfriend, 20-year-old Amanda Gault. Prosecutors charged her with forcible sodomy.
Schade and Gault pleaded not guilty to the charges. They are both being held on $50,000 bail.
