KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A new Tex-Mex Restaurant opening on the Country Club Plaza is looking to build its staff.
Chuy’s Kansas City will hire 175 employees for its first location in the metro.
The Austin-based restaurant will start hiring on August 22.
They’re looking for full and part-time workers.
Hiring will take place at the Mill Creek office building from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
