EDMOND, Okla. – Valentine’s Day is supposedly the most romantic day of the year, but for some who don’t get acknowledged by that special someone on this holiday, may find it hurtful.

But according to FOX 4’s sister station KFOR in Oklahoma, thanks to one very kind and generous student, not a single girl at one area high school went without a Valentine this year.

Dan Williams, a senior at Edmond Memorial High School, made sure all 1076 female students at his school were surprised with candy and a card.

Williams wanted to stay anonymous, but with most gossip in high school, word about his good deed moved quickly.

“To know that someone cares about them, that’s the best feeling in the world I think,” Williams told KFOR.

Williams worked an entire summer to raise enough money for his planned out Valentine’s Day surprise.
