OLATHE, Kan. — The Olathe Police Department says that a missing teen who authorities said may be in medical danger has been found safe.

According to police, Kyle J. Huck, 16, was found in Olathe, and was in good health. There were no further details released about his disappearance or the circumstances of how and where he was found.

Huck had last seen by family members when he was dropped off at his school in the area of 14700 W. 127th Street on Monday. He was later seen in Olathe on Wednesday wearing khaki cargo shorts and a gray sleeveless t-shirt.

Police said that Huck is type 1 diabetic, wears an insulin pump, and was in need of insulin.
