KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Prosecutors have charged 21-year-old Mark Looney with the Dec. 1st shooting death of 22-year-old Michael Taylor.
Police said Taylor was shot and killed around 12:30 p.m. in the 3300 block of College in Kansas City, Mo.
Witnesses told police they saw Taylor exited a vehicle, walk to another car and soon after was shot by Looney, who left the crime scene.
Prosecutors also charged Looney with armed criminal action and requested a bond of $250,000.
