OLATHE, Kan. — An Overland Park man, who is accused of raping a child in Shawnee towards the end of last year, was taken back into police custody after previously bonding out for violating the conditions of his bond.

On Tuesday,  Mamoudou Kaba, 19, was arrested and taken into police custody on a motion to revoke his $25,000 cash bond, which had previously been posted. Sources say he failed to provide a urine sample, which is a condition of his bond.

Back in March, police charged Kaba with aggravated indecent solicitation of sex with a minor under the age of 14. According to charge documents, Kaba engaged in a sex act with a 13-year-old, which is a severity level five person felony, around or on November 30, 2014.

Kaba is currently being held in Johnson County District Court.
