KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Kansas City Rescue Mission is collecting clothing to try to keep the homeless warm. The bad economy has forced more people out onto the streets, people who have never had to deal with this situation before and are not prepared for what they will encounter.

They especially need winter coats, socks and gloves. For more information on how you can help, visit the Kansas City Rescue Mission website.
