PLATTE CITY, Mo. — A number of dogs went outside for the first time Wednesday after being rescued from a home in Platte City, Mo. Many of the dogs were neglected and malnourished, but with the help of the SPCA are being treated. Some of them will be available for adoption as early as next week.
