
KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Police say a man with mental health issues who had been reported missing, has been found after someone recognized him on a newscast.
On Sunday police said Billie Johnson, 45, of Kansas City, was located safely. He had last been seen by his family on Friday, June 13 around 4:00 p.m. in the area of 40th Street and Tracy. Approximately three hours later, Johnson was seen walking northbound on Troost near 39th Street, wearing only a pair of black shorts.
Johnson was described as a 5’6” tall, 130 pound man, who is missing some of his front teeth. Police said Johnson also has a slight deformity in his right hand.
