OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, Kan., has warned students and staff about a police investigation involving indecent exposure.
Police say it happened Monday afternoon, sometime between 4 and 5 p.m., at the school’s Billington Library.
“I feel like this area is really safe in general, so I feel safe,” said student Kirstyn Corder. “I mean, if I saw it happen, I would think it’s crazy. I wouldn’t really feel endangered in any way — it’s just weird.”
The college said they are looking for a black man who is 6 feet tall, bald, around 40 years old, who was last seen wearing glasses and red shorts in connection to the incident.
Campus police said they were looking over surveillance video from the library on Monday evening.
