KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police have given the all clear after someone called in a bomb threat to a Northland movie theater on Sunday afternoon.

Kansas City, Missouri, Police evacuated the BarryWoods AMC 24 in the Edgewood Shopping Center at 8101 Roanridge Road, after the threat, and checked the theater for explosive devices.

Police say that the call was a hoax, and the theater has reopened.
