KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A man was killed Monday night in the 5600 block E. 84th Terrace according to Kansas City, Mo. Police Chief Darryl Forte.

Police confirmed that Anthony R. Convert, 20, died as a result of a shooting. A police spokesman said the shooting happened at about 9 p.m. and officers found the victim, who was in his 20s, outside of Stonehaven South Apartments.

The man was taken to a hospital, but was declared dead. No suspect information has been supplied yet, but if you witnessed or know anything about the fatal shooting, call the TIPS Hotline at (816) 474-TIPS.
