OLATHE, Kan. — A woman is dead after a head-on collision in Olathe Wednesday morning.

The collision happened near 151st and Pflumm just after 10 a.m.

Investigators say the woman, identified as Miesha Alleyne, 25, was heading north on Pflumm when she crossed over the center line and collided with a silver vehicle heading south.

The man driving the silver vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Pflumm will remain closed in both directions from 143rd to 151st (limited access between 149th and 151st for sub-division traffic).

Police say they are waiting to notify her family, which is why FOX 4 chose not to release close-up photos of the vehicle she was driving during our coverage on Wednesday.
