KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police confirmed Kathy L. Sims was found safe Dec. 2 shortly after she was reportedly missing. Sims reportedly called her family and told them she was safe. The family then went to pick up Sims at an undisclosed location.
Police have provided no other details.
