KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Metro bus system is hoping this surveillance video will help police catch a woman fighting a bus driver who was attacked at the wheel.

In the surveillance video a Metro passenger walks to the front of the bus and hits the driver.

We don’t know what was said between the two on Saturday, September 20, but you can see in the video the bus is still in motion during the commotion.

Last year a passenger stabbed one bus driver and there were a number of instances during which passengers punched or confronted drivers.

The Metro just received a $75,000 grant to train its bus drivers in conflict resolution.
