KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating Laquisha D. Miller, 35, who hasn’t been seen since Nov. 28, 2013.
Police said she was last seen near 57th Street and Swope Parkway. She said she was going home but has not been seen or heard from since. Police said she is mentally disabled.
Miller is described as a black female. She is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 170 to 180 pounds. She has numerous tattoos and a shaved head. She was last seen wearing a red hoodie, black blazer, jeans and a floppy hat.
