GLADSTONE, Mo. — Kansas City Power and Light worked to restore power in Gladstone Tuesday morning.
The power went out for some 4,000 residents in the 64118 and 64119 zip codes of Gladstone at about 10:30 a.m..
One portion was restored less than 45 minutes later and another portion restored about an hour later.
The cause of the outages is still under investigation.
