KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A Kansas City woman who contacted FOX 4 with a long list of car repairs is now all smiles. It’s a FOX 4 follow up to a story we first told you about Tuesday night.   A frustrated Consuela Surratt told us five months ago she took her 2000 Volvo to Parkway Service center in KCK to get almost $600 of repairs completed.

But Surratt said when she drove her car home on June 14th –the next day the car broke down.

Since our story aired Surratt said Parkway Services center owner Tim Leffert replaced her water pump and got her car rolling again.

Surratt is a nurse’s aide and says she needs her car to get to her patients homes.
