ST. JOSEPH, Mo. — Zachary Kerns was arrested Friday night in St. Joseph according to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office. On Thursday the Chillicothe Police Department said a warrant for Kerns’ arrest was issued on a charge alleging “deviate sexual intercourse” with a 10-year-old girl.
He was transported from St. Joseph and is currently being held in the Livingston County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bond. Police said a report was filed on September 21, the warrant for his arrest was ordered by Judge James Valbracht on October 4.
Kerns also faces charges from an incident in 2008 where he allegedly shared lewd pictures of a 15-year-old girl.
