KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Some plastic surgeons in the Kansas City area say lately they’ve seen an interest from patients in re-shaping their bottoms. Surgeons say it’s largely due to a new emphasis put on celebrities’ rear ends. The most popular method of enhancement is a combination liposuction and fat injection procedure that doctors say is rather safe. However, they warn of imitators who try to make the process look easy and cheap. They say those can leave you deformed or even dead.
