KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Retail experts predicted Wednesday to be the fifth busiest shopping day of the year. But, with it being the day after Christmas, it also means many of those transactions will happen at the customer service counter.
One place with a steady stream of customers was the Best Buy in Oak Park, Kan.
FOX 4’s Brad Underwood checked in with shoppers who were rushing to return.
