WESTON, Mo. — The mercury read a balmy 64 degrees around the metro area on Thursday – not exactly what one would expect for this part of the nation in the first week of January.
But despite the warm weather, the operators of the Snow Creek Ski Area near Weston say that they are still confident that they have plenty of snow to keep people on the slopes.
