KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Many students are feeling the freedom of spring break this week, while others have it marked on their calendars in anticipation of time off from homework, time off from the classroom routine.
But many parents still have to work. Others who do get the time off, can’t afford to take a big trip, so the kids sit at home, making very few Spring Break 2012 memories.
