ST. CHARLES, Mo. (KTVI) — It’s been just a few weeks since tornadoes ripped through the St. Louis metro area and homeowners whose homes were damaged in the storm are still dealing with looting and thieves.
FOX’s Shawndrea Thomas spoke with one landowner who wants to warn others.
