The Flayvr app automatically organizes all the photos and videos in your phone and instantly creates a vivid collection for you to share. This app is free for iPhone users and will soon be made available for Android.

The popular iPad app, Echograph allows users to create animated photos. You can select parts of a photo to animate while other portions stay still, creating a great effect. However this app may take some trial and error before you get the hang of it.  Echograph is now available for $5 and can be used on both the iPad and iPhone.
