OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — A 14-year-old was killed along Interstate 35 near 75th Street Saturday night.
Traffic was stopped along southbound I-35 as police worked the accident. The vehicle that struck hit the teenager stopped and the driver was questioned by police.
Police told FOX 4 News the teen who was killed was not in a car. Police are investigating whether he was walking on the shoulder or trying to cross the interstate.
