FERRELVIEW, Mo. — Several dozen tenants at a mobile home park in the tiny community of Ferrelview are fuming because they say their homes have been without water for weeks. FOX 4’s Robert Townsend talked to two exhausted tenants, who’ve had enough and are now moving out.
