MIAMI COUNTY, Kan. – A third and final suspect was taken into custody for an armed robbery at about 1 p.m. on Wednesday afternoon according to a press release from the Miami County Sheriff’s Office.

The U.S. Marshals Service assisted in apprehending the final man after two had previously been arrested. The three suspects are: Julio Iris-Rivera, 23 from Kansas City, Mo., Ruben Borden-Vasaloo, 51, from Cleveland, Ohio and Brian Romero, 21, from Kansas City, Kan.

The three are suspected in a home invasion that happened on July 30 where the suspects allegedly broke into a woman’s house, blindfolded her and demanded money. After they left the home the woman freed herself and called authorities. The investigation into the incident is ongoing, no mug shots of the suspects are currently available.
