The male victim said he turned around and questioned the man about his comments and the man became confrontational and threatened him.

The female victim said the shooter then yelled, “You heard me white boy! You don`t mess with me!”

According to their statements, the shooter then struck the man in the back of the head and the two men began to fight. The other man accompanying the shooter then pulled them apart and the victim says he thought the fight was over. The victim and his female companion say they walked away but the man with whom he fought followed them saying he wanted to “finish this.”
