BONNER SPRINGS, Kan. — Two people are in custody after police in Bonner Springs say that at least two houses and between 30 and 40 cars were damaged in an alleged BB gun shooting spree.

The names of the suspects, described only as two 18-year-old males, have not been released pending formal charges in connection to the Halloween night BB gun shooting spree that left windows shattered in homes and vehicles along South Bluegrass Street.

Authorities say that formal charges could be brought as soon as Thursday evening.
