KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Liberty Memorial was one of many places hosting a Veterans Day ceremony on Tuesday.
Sen. Claire McCaskill, Rep. Emanuel Cleaver and Mayor Sly James were among those who spoke, while the Lyric Opera and the American Legion Band performed.
