KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Police are searching for a suspect who was involved in a shooting in Kansas City, Mo. on Thursday afternoon.
Around 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, police were dispatched to the scene of a shooting near 10th and Garfield. No suspect is currently in custody, but a possible suspect, who was described as a black male, was seen leaving the scene in a green sedan at 10th and Woodland.
The Kansas City, Mo. Police Department confirmed that the victim in the shooting sustained a life-threatening injury and is believed to have been shot in the lower back.
