She always felt self conscious about her body. So she decided to do something about it.

While most people want to lose weight, this young lady wanted to pack on some muscle.

To do this, she committed to doing push ups every day. In the video below you can watch her progress over a period of 100 days. Initially, she could barely do one. By the end of the video, she’s visibly become stronger and proves it by performing a unique pushup that not everyone can do.
