Seven friends on a six-day fishing trip made a 600-pound black marlin mad when one of them hooked it, so it jumped on board their charter boat to let them know.
One of the friends runs a charter company from Sydney and visits Cooktown each year for marlin season, which runs from September to December.
An on board video has become a viral hit, with almost 2 million views in just a few days.
