KANSAS CITY, Mo. — After arriving in Kansas City on Tuesday, President Barack Obama is expected to speak around 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Uptown Theatre in Kansas City, Mo. His speech will address the economy. Prior to the event, Washington released a report stating the U.S. economy grew at four percent in the second quarter after a sharp contraction in winter. President Obama will likely address this — and more — during his speech.
