JOHNSON COUNTY, Kan. — All lanes of westbound I-435 at U.S. 69 will close at 10 p.m. Friday for construction work.
Crews will set girders for a new ramp bridge for the southbound U.S. 69 to College Boulevard exit, which will span over both lanes of I-435.
The road is expected to be reopened to traffic by 8 a.m. Saturday.
In addition, the southbound U.S. 69 to westbound I-435 ramp lane will be closed.
Westbound I-435 traffic will detour via northbound U.S. 69 to westbound 87th Street to southbound I-35 back to westbound I-435.
