KANSAS CITY, Mo. — A suspect is in custody following a deadly stabbing north of the river early Sunday morning.
According to authorities, officers were called to a residence in the 100 block of NW Harlem around 4:00 a.m. where they found a female suspect who told police that she stabbed her boyfriend in self-defense.
Kenneth Wilcox, 52, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The unidentified suspect was taken into custody. There is no word on charges at this time.
