KANSAS CITY, Kan. — A Wyandotte County judge allowed Tamika Pledger’s lawyer to dismiss himself from Pledger’s case on Thursday. Pledger and her former attorney say there’s been a breakdown in communication between them. Pledger arrived to court in handcuffs and remains in the Wyandotte County Jail on a $100,000 bond.
