KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Twenty-seven guinea pigs are living in foster homes and available for adoption at KC Pet Project.
They were collected from one home, after a woman said she could no longer care for them.
KC Pet Project is asking for monetary donations to pay for food and guinea pig supplies while they take care of these little ones.
If you’ve been thinking about getting a guinea pig, they are up for adoption at the main shelter, 4400 Raytown Rd., for a $20 adoption fee.
