We spoke with ARAMARK Executive Chef Erin Wishon & Brad Pernaw, the ARAMARK GM at Arrowhead Stadium.
ARAMARK runs all of the Chief’s concession stands at Arrowhead Stadium, which is also where you’ll find the “Mobile Melt” parked at the Ford Fan Experience (just outside the HyVee gate) serving gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches before every home game.
The truck makes its debut at this Sunday’s Chiefs’ game against the Miami Dolphins.
Sandwiches served by the Mobile Melt include:
- The Big Jerk with Spicy Jerk Chicken
- Pepper Jack Cheese
- Pepper Slaw
- Captain Morgan Pineapple Sauce on Coconut Toast
- Peanut Butte S’More, an ooey, gooey sandwich made of Peanut Butter, Nutella and Marshmallow Fluff
- Applewood Smoked Bacon on Cinnamon Toast Crunch Toast
