KANSAS CITY, Mo. – This week’s FOX 4 Blue Chip is cornerback/wide receiver Andre Maloney. Maloney currently plays for the Shawnee Mission West Vikings and has given a verbal commitment to the University of Kansas.
He’s rated as a three-star recruit by Rivals.com and is the sixth best player in the Kansas preseason class of 2014 and the 55th rated cornerback nationally according to the recruiting website. Maloney earns high praise for his versatility on the field. He also received offers from Missouri, Kansas State, Minnesota, Oklahoma State and Tulsa.
